Blog Session 11 English language challenges

Hello classmate, today I talk about my English language challenges.

Well, I love the languages, the last year I learned German but I don’t  finish this idiom and  I love the English and the blogs, I love write in this, is a great tool and today I can said that my English is more fluid

my challenge with the English is the future time, in the morning, when I commend at the university I think in this, and I think that I need practice and study more about this because I just know the “will” but I don’t know when I need use this, but I learn much about the language in this year, and practice much in comparison with others years..

Other thing, I need practice is the listening, I do not understand much when I listen, I see series and the TV shows in English in my free time, but this is a big challenge to me.

Also in the past time I don’t know everything verbs in the past time and I think that when I know the most part of the irregular verbs I recognise the regular verbs

But, in this year, I have an achievement, I discover a webpage http://www.duolingo.com/ and this tool is great, I learn much and from practice is amazing, when I have free time I study and check the unit I learned, now I stay in the present time, but I lighten some things about the language, about the persons, the “ an and a” or the plural, I learn much thanks this tool, I invite you that you know this page and practice with this.

Well the most part of my time I think in English, I love the languages, and I think in German too, but my favourite series are in English and I listen this when I work.

Blog Session 10 2013: Good & bad points

Ok, now I need talk about my year… well… this is not a good year, I have many problems and bad news, I hate 2013.

Good things that have happened in my life… The goods things are: I knew many new friends and I learned to make wraps (I love the fiber art), I feel that I grow up a little more because I learned a lot in any areas.

The Situations that did not go so well are … Well, I have much activities, and I felling that I cannot have: Dance, scout and the university in the same time, I don’t have time to my friends, my family or read a book, is terrible for me, I need a rest or let any activity.

My achievements in 2013… I don’t have achievement in this year, I miss my friends, or drink the tea with my grandmother, really … I don’t happy, but this year is not so bad, I learned more about me, I knew me more, news things and news tastes.

Things I didn't do/ have not done yet/ still have to do this year… Well, every year I have a personal objective and this year my objective was learn about the first helps and swim but, I don’t have time for this.

Important news/events I would like to highlight … The concerts are best things I would like to highlight, I love the concerts. My dance group, I love dance and in this group I have the entertainment that I need.

Any other comments, well, I just want that this year finish and take my rest, I need go to the beach and sleep a lot.

Hi class

Today I have a free post, and I tell you now that tomorrow I going to a concert.

The concert will be to Blur, a Britain Band and the leader is Damon Albarn (my platonic love, because he is a genie and is very nice)

When I was 12 years old, my uncle Eric showed me many bands of indie, and Blur was very important for me in this moment, I listened their music over and over and over and I was their discs but I lent this to a Friend and don’t come back to me the discs.

I waited much for the concert of Blur!!

Blur come tomorrow (07 November, 2013) for the first time, and when I knew mi friend Tamara told me for Facebook and I was very happy whit the news!

With Tamara bought two (one for me and one for she) tickets in gallery because the others ticket are very expensive.

And now I talk a little about Blur, do you know their music?

Blur are from England and this borned in the year 1988 the member of the band are: Damon, Graham, alex and dave and the group was denominated in the Britpop style in the decades of 90.

Blur and Oasis (before Gallaghers Brothers fought) had a fight for popularity in the decades of 90, but this over when Liam and Noel fought.

I like a lot Oasis but I recognise that Damon and Graham are better that Gallaghers because they have many others projects more experimental, Oasis are ever the same.

Hi class

Today I talk about: how green am I.

Well, I start tell you that I learned in Scout everything about de green world when I was 11 years old with my friends, today this place is still a space for learn about this.

Terrible is maybe that I don’t incorporated this know, maybe I was a child and I don’t have conscience for this, but now, I treat recycle plastic bottles, I make a floating garden in my courtyard with my mother.

This year I bought a bike, I use this when I go to near places from my house and every Saturdays when I go to scouts with a friend.

 Well, I am scout, this sum not? I learn to little girls the value for recycle and we will make a workshop about jewels with recycled materials, and she every Saturdays recycle plastic bottles and tetra packs… because, I don’t know, but is important that men and women understand that we live in this world and is work for us live in a best world.

I don’t do anything more, and I would don’t like make more, or maybe teach more things to more people in a workshop, and make recycled paper I like this paper!! And finish my floating garden.

In Santiago absence more trash collector, and less hearing, but it is so bad for the world, the people don’t know but, the men and woman don’t have conscience in the world we live and it is a factor in this problem, the people make an island around them same

Hi class, today I have a free post, and I like talk about my last Saturday.

The last Saturday I awoken very happy, because this day I had my presentation in La comunidad Ecológica. Ok, I dance in a dance company (Uta Masi) and the last Saturday I had a presentation and whit my company danced Diablada.

I trained much for this presentation, and I arrived the last month and I learnt the choreography in the record time, and the director chose my for dance in the presentation.

Ok, I don’t knew Comunidad ecológica and is very nice, I like this place.

But the most important event this day was not the presentation in Comunidad ecológica,  is the El Carnaval de San Antonio de Padua.

Is a carnaval in Santiago, where you see much company of dance in Chile and Latino America once a year, In the Av. Matta street.

 My family saw me dance Diablada whit my family, and I was very happy for this.

I dance from Av matta whit Sierra Bella until Sierra Bella whit Ñuble. I was very exhausted late the presentation but very satisfied whit the result.

My suit is very cute, I used a typical suit of north in purple colour and I have a hat whit lights blue, I love my hat.

Paul Klee exhibition at Tate Modern first major UK show for a decade

Hi class, today I talk about an article I read about an exhibition of Paul Klee at the Tate Modern.

Paul Klee died 73 years ago, and today the Tate Modern make the exhibition about his work and opening today in the museum.

The exhibition has 130 paintings and drawings by the artist.

Chris Dercon, director of the gallery said: “This is the first time a museum show the work of Paul Klee like this need be see”.

Paul Klee was a very important artist at twenty century and he was an influence to the other painters in this age.

The curator of the exhibition is Matthew Gale and he work much in the exhibition, he does a study about the system of Paul Klee: he followed how the painter made his painting in chronological order.

Paul Klee worked on many paintings at the same time said the curator and the team of museum found the method to found his work in an order chronological and simultaneous. The visitors today will see the exhibition in a chronological order like they visiting hi studio of painting.

The exhibitions collect painting by the artist in different museum from around the world

Paul Klee born in Swiss (1879) and he died in 1940.

My best holiday

My best holiday was when I was 17 years old and with my family went to Iquique. This was my first time when I flew in a aeroplane and I met the airport, and was very cool but my brother was scare, but he thought he died in the aeroplane (a duck in the turbine).

I was 7 days in Iquique, and I visited many place, but my favorite place was the Oasis of Pica, Humberstone, Santa Laura and The petroglifos in the desert.

In Humberstone I was very scare!, I scare the ghost and in the turist you can visit every. In a moment I went alone to the pool and I went to a desert street, just was doors and everything was in silence, in this moment I saw in a window and y saw a lizar very big!, I ran where my mom.

in the desert I saw the petroglifos, and this is very cool, the native people was drawings in the hills like sign and showed things you met in this place.

I met many people and I loved the beach and the sun. I love the north of Chile!!.

I met every Iquique, the city, the beach, the ZOFRI, and I eat my favorite candy: Shumbeque is very cool  whit a juiceo f mangovery sweet and cold.

Dear Class

I have a free post, and I like talk about my love: the painting.

Today is a great day for my! Is my reconciliation with the painting.

Ok, lest go.

When I was a teenager in the high school I took class of art after school whit my teacher of art because my friend Brenda wanted learn to paint, but she don’t went to class and I yes… I don’t understand for what, but, whit the time I loved the art and my teacher of art IS a great man, he is my friend and I love talk whit he when we are the time.

Well, in 3° I chose study arts, my love for paint was enormous, this was my obsession and my referents studied arts at the Universidad de Chile with the teacher Gonzalo Diaz. My goal was stay in the studio of Gonzalo Diaz like my referents.

I studied for the PSU and I passed the test, I going to Universidad de Chile and when I was in 2° year in the university I goes to interview with Gonzalo Diaz and I passed.

I painted, and painted, and painted… and sometime I HATED paint, y hated the oil, I hated the pictures, I hated everything world of painting and also I took textile class and I loved, I loved weave and everything about with the fiber art.

This last time I paint (I always paint) and today I stayed in my studio and I saw my picture… this are promise be a great picture.

I don’t wait for going to paint my picture; today my inspiration in this project is very big and I love the oil, the picture and everything about the painting.

A country I'd like to visit

Just a country is very complicated...

But, in this moment, I like go to Perú, because Perú have a great culture and food.

Perú have a big tradition around the textile world, and now this today exist.
In November, CTTC (central de textiles tradiconales del Cusco) in Cusco will make a Tinkuy, a exposition of textile and teach knitting,with a friend, the next year will go to Tinkuy, because We love the textile world and is not cmplicated for go to the exposition.

Ok, I'm Vegan, but I love the food (the good food) and my friends were Perú and said me "the Perú's food is exquisite".

In the magazine I see always review about the citys of Perú, and is amazing in the pictures

A present you received as a child

my ideal job

My ideal job… uuuuf, is very hard, I don’t know, but, when I finish of study arts I will study more thing, I will study pedagogy and after I will study costume design, the five year in the art I will study theatrical design and something in architecture, I like study!!

I like the clothes, and I could be teacher, artist and designer, IS CRAZY, NOT? But I wait manage everything.

Well, my ideal job is have a cultural center in a small town (in the sure) and I will do class of painting and fiberart whit others artist and teacher (music, dance, philosophy, etc.), also, I will costume design and sell my clothes in Internet; I will make money in this way.

I will be artist, I love the art, but am very difficult stay in the artistic circuit, but, the next year I will like show my work in some gallery and be artist is wonderful, this is my other favorite job, so don’t generate money.

the last semester

  Hi Class!,

  Today I talk about my last semester.

  Uuufff… this time I was very tired, I has much activis in this semester.

  Well, in the university I taked the class of Fiberart and I love this, is very interestent and I learn much, this semester I take this class again.

  In my free time I’m scout-girl, teach to girls is very hard and the team-work is very hard too, organize activities every Saturday is very tired, but I love this, the girls-scout have a good heart and They are a cute Little persons. I like teach to they, because I learn much and I love go to camp in the forest or the beach and the girls-scout make me very very happy.

  I don’t have any problem in the last semester, I enjoy my class and scout. Maybe I have problems with the time, but I don’t sleep some days and just this.
